This agreement is binding from the moment you use our services, indicating your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our platform immediately.

- “User” or “Trader” denotes any individual or entity that registers an account with X-Funded to access and use our services.
- “Capital Funding” is the provision of trading capital by X-Funded to users under specific terms and conditions for trading activities.
- “Profit Split” refers to the agreed-upon percentage of profits generated from trading activities that the user retains.
- “Eligibility Criteria” outlines the requirements that users must meet to register and maintain an account with X-Funded.
- “Challenge” is a test or set of criteria that users must meet to qualify for capital funding or other rewards.
- “Domicile” refers to the country of registration and principal business operations of OTHERSIDE LLC, which is the United Arab Emirates.
- “Sanctioned Countries” are countries and territories identified by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or under UAE law where trading and service provisions are prohibited.
- “Transaction Records” include any records of financial transactions conducted through the X-Funded platform by the user, which the user is obligated to retain for personal and legal reference.
- “Payment Methods” refers to the acceptable forms of payment for services offered on the X-Funded platform, including Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in EURO.
These definitions are provided to ensure a mutual understanding of terms used throughout this document and facilitate clearer communication and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
User Account and Eligibility
Account Registration
To access and use the services offered by X-Funded, individuals must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords, and for all activities that occur under their account.
Eligibility Requirements
- Age: Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account. It is important to note that individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as users of the website nor to transact or use the website.
- Experience: Users should have a basic understanding of financial markets and trading.
- Compliance: Users must agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in their trading activities, including restrictions on trading with or providing services to OFAC-sanctioned countries and other territories as mandated by UAE law.
- Financial Responsibility: Users must demonstrate financial responsibility and not be subject to bankruptcy or financial fraud proceedings.
Payment Methods
Users are required to use only approved payment methods for transactions on the X-Funded platform. Currently, Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in EURO are accepted. Users must ensure that all transactions comply with UAE laws and regulations.
Service Activation
Upon successful completion of the purchase process, customers will receive their trading account credentials via email. The email will contain all necessary information to start trading, including user ID, password, and instructions for how to access and use your new trading account.Timing of Service Activation
- Immediate Access: For most of our services, access credentials are sent immediately after payment is successfully processed.
- Delayed Activation: In some cases, such as high-demand periods or technical delays, there may be a brief delay. If activation takes longer than 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@x-funded.com.
Changes to Service Delivery
We reserve the right to modify the delivery policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and we encourage customers to review our policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Account Management
Users are expected to manage their accounts responsibly, including updating personal information to keep it accurate and complete. Users must also maintain the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords, and are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. This responsibility includes ensuring that all financial transactions and payment methods used comply with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and applicable international sanctions.
X-Funded reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to violate our terms of service, including accounts that engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the platform, or fail to comply with regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly those relating to sanctioned countries and entities.
By registering an account with X-Funded, users confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms, including the responsibility to use the platform and its services within the guidelines provided. This confirmation includes adherence to our compliance requirements and the acceptance of jurisdictional stipulations that disputes will be resolved within the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Services Offered
X-Funded offers two primary funding programs to accommodate different trading strategies and experience levels: 1 Phase, 2 Phase Challenge ans instant funding. Both programs are designed to provide traders with the capital necessary to leverage their trading skills without the constraints of time or limited resources.
1 Phase Challenge
The 1 Phase Challenge program offers traders accelerated access to a funded account by streamlining the process to a single phase, making it quicker than traditional multi-phase programs. This program is ideal for traders ready to start immediately, featuring:
- Capital Access: Access to a trading account after completing the Phase 1 challenge, with funding amounts varying based on the selected program.
- Profit Split: An initial 80% profit split on the first payout, increasing to 90% from the second payout onwards.
- Trading Requirements: A minimum trading period of 5 days, a daily loss limit capped at 4% of the account’s total value, and an overall loss limit at 6%.
- Announcements trading : No Trading During Announcements ( Trading economic news without solid analysis is often more akin to gambling than to disciplined, strategic trading. )
- SL obligation: As a trader, you must set up a SL on all your trades in order to obtain approval from your payout.
- Flexibility: Leverage options up to a 1:100 ratio and the freedom to utilize Expert Advisors (EAs) and Trade Copiers ONLY ON CHALLENGES but not on FUNDED ACCOUNTS
2 Phase Challenge
The 2 Phase Challenge is for traders who prefer a structured path to funding, consisting of two phases each requiring specific targets to be met. Key features include:
- No Time Limit: Unlimited time to achieve the set targets in each phase.
- Profit Targets: An 8% profit target in phase 1 and 5% in phase 2, with no further targets once funded.
- Trading Period: A minimum of 5 days of trading in each phase.
- Profit Split: Starting at 80% and potentially increasing up to 90% on the second payout.
- Daily DD Reset : Our daily drawdown reset at 4:00 am Paris time Zone (2:00 UTC)
- Flexibility and Support: Use of cTrader platform, permission to use EAs and Trade Copiers ONLY ON CHALLENGES but not on FUNDED ACCOUNTS.
- Announcements trading : No Trading During Announcements ( Trading economic news without solid analysis is often more akin to gambling than to disciplined, strategic trading. )
- SL obligation: As a trader, you must set up a SL on all your trades in order to obtain approval from your payout.
Instant Funding :
- Max DD 5% for all Instant Funded
- Daily DD is 3% for all Instant Funded
- Trailing DD 5% for Accounts: 2k, 5k ,10k, 25k, 50k
- Trailing DD 3% for Account Sozes: 100k and 200k
Fees and Payments
X-Funded is transparent about its fee structure and payment terms. Traders are informed of all applicable fees upfront, which may include registration fees for challenges and nominal account maintenance fees. We accept Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in EURO as our approved payment methods, ensuring all transactions adhere to UAE regulations.
Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of making the purchase. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution initially used by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. X-Funded’s refund policy is clearly detailed on our website to inform cardholders of their rights and responsibilities.
No Refund and Cancellation Policy: It is clearly communicated to cardholders before the purchase decision is made that some services may not be eligible for refunds or cancellations to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.
Profit payouts are conducted on a 2 weeks basis, adhering to the profit split agreement. X-Funded ensures a straightforward and fair payment process, with a commitment to providing traders with their earned profits promptly. Traders are responsible for retaining copies of transaction records and complying with merchant policies and rules as part of our commitment to financial transparency and regulatory compliance.
Trading Rules and Conduct
X-Funded promotes a trading environment based on integrity, transparency, and respect. Traders are expected to adhere to a set of guidelines to maintain a productive and ethical trading experience:
- Acceptable Strategies: Traders must use strategies that comply with market rules and X-Funded policies.
- Platform Use: Trading activities must be conducted on the supported cTrader platform, without manipulating the system for unfair advantages.
- Prohibited Actions: Activities such as fraud, manipulation, and use of unauthorized information are strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension or termination.
- Compliance: Traders are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring their trading practices are lawful and ethical.
X-Funded’s comprehensive service offerings, combined with clear guidelines for trading conduct, provide traders with the resources and framework necessary for success in the financial markets.

No trading over the weekend : You cannot hold a trade on Saturday / Sunday and close it on Monday.

Consistency Rules: A consistency rule applies at 45% of the total payout. This means that if a single trade accounts for more than 45% of the total payout, the trade will be removed.
IMPORTANT :
Trading during news announcements is prohibited by X Funded. Engaging in trading activities within 10 minutes prior to or 10 minutes following a major news announcement will place you in a high-risk zone, potentially leading to a denial of payout.
Intellectual Property Rights
X-Funded and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the X-Funded platform, including, without limitation, all software, content, trademarks, trade names, logos, and all other intellectual property. No rights are granted to any user except for the limited license to use the platform and services in accordance with these terms. Users may not use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the platform or services except as expressly permitted in these terms. All feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding X-Funded or the services are entirely voluntary and will be free to use by X-Funded as it sees fit without obligation or compensation to you. This provision is subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under which the intellectual property rights are protected.
Risk Disclosure and Liability Limitations
Trading in financial markets involves a significant level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. X-Funded does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any trading strategies, data, or other information offered or provided. X-Funded shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation to, any loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance on such information. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the X-Funded platform and services is at your sole risk. These terms are governed by and should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Privacy Policy
X-Funded is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users’ personal information in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Our Privacy Policy outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and protection of personal information under these legal frameworks. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information and ensure compliance with UAE data protection regulations.
Amendments and Termination
X-Funded reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make changes that are material, we will provide you with notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing a notice through the services, or updating the date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the services after the changes come into effect will constitute your acceptance of the new terms. Furthermore, X-Funded reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms. All such actions will be conducted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute personally and in good faith. If we are not able to resolve the dispute in this manner, we agree to resolve any claims relating to these terms or the services through final and binding arbitration, to be held in the United Arab Emirates and in accordance with UAE law. The arbitration process will be conducted in English, and any arbitration award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
Jurisdiction: These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the jurisdiction in which X-Funded is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and X-Funded regarding your use of the platform and services, superseding any prior agreements between you and X-Funded regarding your use of the platform and services.
By using the X-Funded platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.
